Elizabeth attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in psychology. Elizabeth returned home to Colorado shortly after graduating and earned her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Colorado.

Elizabeth loves to cook and try new foods. She tries to experiment with new foods and incorporate a variety of healthy meals into her diet to keep a balance. She also stays active by getting outside. Elizabeth especially loves to go hiking and camping. For her mental health, she enjoys taking time to relax with her husband and their pets.
