Dr. Devilbiss received his Doctorate of Osteopathy from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, just outside of Pittsburgh, PA. He moved to Fairfax, Virginia to complete his family medicine residency at VCU – Fairfax Family Practice. After his residency, he obtained his CAQSM at the rigorous primary care sports medicine fellowship at VCU – Fairfax, where he was trained to evaluate and treat sports-related injuries, become active leaders in the field of sports medicine, and advance ultrasound and other procedural skills.
Dr. Devilbiss believes in the power of the human body.

He also values open communication and informing his patients of every treatment option available to them.

He is also a firm believer in moderation, so he enjoys trying out new restaurants and local breweries, too.

Dr. Devilbiss spends his free time hiking, camping, cycling, kayaking and snowboarding. He also enjoys trying new foods and sharing a local brew or two while rooting on the Baltimore Ravens and the Washington Capitals!
