Family medicine

Services include: 

  • Annual wellness exams
  • Same- or next-day appointments for illness or injury
  • Well-child exams
  • Primary care visits for ongoing care
  • One-time generic prescriptions through PDRX
  • Pregnancy verification
  • Minor in-office surgical procedures
Plan option: co-pay for both PPO and HDHP plans
Urgent care

Patients have access to: 

  • Three locations with extended week-day and/or weekend hours
  • Walk-in visits for acute illness and injury

Imaging services

Services include: 

  • Routine digital X-rays
  • Digital 2D mammography
  • Bone density testing
