This is a six-week series designed to prepare the expectant mother and her coach for labor, delivery,

Introducing Solid Foods: A Baby-led Approach
Discover how easy the transition from milk to family meals can be for your baby, and how to provide a
foundation of healthy eating habits that lasts a lifetime! You’ll learn:
- What “baby-led weaning” is
- When baby is ready for solids
- What to offer first, how to begin, and what to do to be successful
- How to develop healthy eating habits for baby and the entire family

Urgent care during pregnancy
Virtual Visits during pregnancy
You can schedule a Virtual Visit for many of your routine prenatal appointments. However, to ensure the health and safety of you and your baby, our AFM provider will see you in person for the following stages of your pregnancy:
- Labor – signs & stages, breathing, positions, and more
- Hospital/birthing center tour
- Initial appointment – includes a physical exam
- 20 weeks – anatomy ultrasound
- 28 weeks – glucose screening test for blood sugar levels/blood work
- 32 weeks
- 36 weeks – Group B strep swab
- 37-40 weeks
- Postpartum exam, six weeks after delivery
- Newborn care
