Jamie is also an osteopath at heart.

Balance is key when it comes to health. Jamie practices this by moving her body every day, eating nutritious foods, and making sleep a priority. She makes sure to have some fun and enjoy the yummy foods to keep her mental health strong too.

Professional Interests:
Jamie is passionate about taking care of families and the scope of their health care needs; from prenatal care to newborn exams, adolescent medicine to routine adult health screenings, and everything in between. She is also a “hands-on” kind of provider that likes to perform in-office procedures and OMT.

Personal Interests:
Jamie’s two bundles of energy a.k.a her sons always keep her busy. Whether its riding bikes, playing catch, exploring new trails, or building a snow fort, they like to spend their time outside. Jamie also loves the water and baking.
