Living with Anxiety
This is a three-part education support group designed for patients dealing with mild to moderate anxiety.
Anxiety symptom management is often confusing and misunderstood. AFM has the resources and ability to educate patients with hands-on tools to treat the whole person.
Class Topics:
• Session I: Introduction and learning to identify anxiety symptoms and causes
• Session II: Learn about automatic thoughts and how they relate to anxiety
• Session III: Strategies to prevent and manage anxiety symptoms
Cost: $40 for the series
Time: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Location: Horsetooth Clinic Basement
Dates: Wednesdays, January 12th, 19th, and 26th. Note: The expectation is that patients attend all three classes.

+If you have questions about the course, please contact your office and request to speak with the Care Coordinator. Note: You must be an AFM patient
+Masks will be required for the entirety of this class, regardless of vaccination status.
+Some people who have anxiety would like to attend the class but their anxiety symptoms can sometimes keep them from attending. In this case, we allow these persons to attend the class with a support person. Please not on your registration if you intend to bring a support person.
