Dr. McIntosh received his education at Lake Erie of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania. He completed his residency at Fort Collins Family Medicine and joined Associates in Family Medicine in 2014.
Dr. McIntosh believes good medicine requires a good team and excellent communication. He views his role as an advisor, using skills and experience to help his patients make the best decisions for their individual health and wellness.
