Anxiety symptoms are often confusing and misunderstood. In this three-week educational series, you’ll receive information, resources and support from AFM Care Coordinators.

*This class is specifically tailored for patients dealing with mild to moderate anxiety. Space is extremely limited, so talk to your AFM provider today to learn if this series may be beneficial for you. You must meet with an AFM Care Coordinator prior to registering.

Class Topics:
• What common anxiety symptoms are
• The causes of these signs and symptoms
• How to best cope and manage your symptoms

Class Date/Time: Three week series: Wednesdays, August 8th, August 15th and August 22nd from 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Where: AFM Horsetooth office

Cost: $40 for the series (all three sessions)
