Summer Saturday Well-Child Visits
Beat the back-to-school rush! This summer, we are offering convenient Saturday well-child appointments at three of our locations. These visits are typically covered at 100% by most major insurance carriers and include a comprehensive wellness exam, as well as completion of sports physicals or other yearly required forms.

August 11th, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
August 18th, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Horsetooth office
June 9th, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
August 4th, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Windsor office
June 30th, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
August 4th, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
August 18th, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
During a well child visit:
Your child will receive a comprehensive wellness exam, including recommended immunizations.
The provider will record and discuss your child’s development and growth measurements.
Bring any paperwork you need completed for the year, including sports physicals and daycare forms.
