Terra grew up Eaton and is a local Northern Colorado girl. She attended University of Northern Colorado in Greeley for her undergraduate degree. Terra then attended University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver for her Physician Assistant certificate.
She started her career practicing family medicine in Denver and then pediatrics in Greeley before she and her family were relocated to Illinois. During her time in Illinois, she found her enjoyment practicing in the urgent care and occupational medicine fields. When Terra and her family returned to Northern Colorado, she continued providing care in urgent care settings.
Terra focuses on weighing all treatment options and ensuring the benefits of a treatment plan always outweighs the risks.
Terra goes for daily walks with her dog, Nix. She also frequents her local recreation center where she enjoys swimming. Terra also enjoys experimenting with new, healthy recipes!
Professionally:
Terra has a passion for pediatrics. Supporting and calming parents during what can be a very scary situation for them is rewarding.
She also enjoys helping young women learn how to take responsibility of their health and guide them towards being a great advocate for themselves.
Personally:
Terra is a very involved parent to her three children! She loves helping with their school functions.
She also likes to hike, swim and play tennis.
