Dr. Henderson was born and raised in Muncie, Indiana. She attended Indiana University in Bloomington, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry. She then completed her medical training at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, and returned to Muncie for a residency in Family Practice at Ball Memorial Hospital.
In July 2003, she relocated with her family to her husband’s hometown of Fort Collins, where she joined Associates in Family Medicine. She is board certified in family practice.
