Mark Rotman, MD
Dr. Mark Rotman treats everyone from newborns to seniors. He focuses on helping patients find practical solutions to their health issues. Rather than slap a Band-Aid on an issue or prescribe a pill, Dr. Rotman enjoys guiding people to victories using healthy lifestyle changes and preventive medicine whenever possible.
Dr. Rotman grew up in Minnesota before attending college in Colorado. After completing medical school and residency in Wisconsin, he worked for a year in a small town in Alaska. Dr. Rotman has been practicing family medicine with Associates in Family Medicine since 1991.
Prevention of illnesses and injuries whenever possible, and appropriate treatment of those that cannot be prevented, is the basis of Dr. Rotman’s philosophy on medicine. He tries to use medication for patients only when he thinks it will be beneficial.
Dr. Rotman’s practice comprises many young families due to his experience and training with obstetrics and pediatrics, but his patients range in age from newborns to octogenarians. His medical services and interests include:
• Family care
• Pediatric care
• Obstetrical care (pregnancy care)
• Women’s care
• Preventive medicine
In his personal life, Dr. Rotman is active in sports. He has a wife, Cathy, and two sons, Drew and Grant.
