Landon Rasmussen, PA-C
Landon Rasmussen has a true passion for practicing kind, understanding medicine. He enjoys a good heartfelt laugh, and believes that everyone should strive to find the “joy in the journey” we call life.
Landon obtained his bachelor’s degree in microbiology at BYU. He then attended the Medical College of Ohio (now the University of Toledo) and earned his master’s in Physician Assistant Studies.
Landon is also fluent in Spanish.
Landon believes in preventative medicine.
“There is so much illness and suffering that can be avoided by living a healthy lifestyle and coming in for regular check-ups, immunizations and screenings.” -Landon Rasmussen
When further treatment, outside of lifestyle changes, is needed, he believes in discussing the treatment options with the patient and coming to an agreement on a plan that they both are comfortable with.
Landon also values taking the extra time to give above average care to the patients that he sees. From cough and colds to chronic illness, he strives to improve the quality of life of every patient he sees.
Landon enjoys a balance of cardiovascular exercise and strength training. He also enjoys jumping on the trampoline and playing soccer with his children, as well as climbing 14ers.
Landon’s special interests include injections for common orthopedic problems, preventative medicine and minor office procedures.
Landon enjoys climbing 14ers, jogging, playing basketball and spending time with his wife and five children. During the cooler months, he can be found spending much of his time watching college football and basketball.
