Josh was raised outside of Atlanta, GA and received a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Piedmont College in Northeast Georgia. Shortly after, he found his passion for healthcare and serving others. Josh then moved to Alabama to complete his Nursing degree at University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). He began working in the Emergency Department as a nurse while he further continued his education and receive a master’s degree in Nursing at UAB to become certified as a Family Nurse practitioner.
Josh’s professional philosophy is built on compassion, trust, and continual growth.

Josh is passionate about patient education, continued learning, and a holistic approach to medicine that allows him the privilege to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.
Personally:
Josh enjoys spending time outside with his family, hiking, biking, and camping. He also enjoys cooking and traveling.
To stay well, Josh rides his mountain bike and spends time outdoors with his son. He also tries to monitor what he eats by limiting sugar and eating plenty of vegetables.
