Originally from Delta, Colorado, Jacqueline moved to Kansas to attend Kansas Wesleyan University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry with a minor in Physics. She found work as a scrub tech in the operating room for several years. She was eager to continue her education and help people, so she went on to receive her Master in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro University. Since then she has attained most of her experience in the Urgent Care environment.
Jacqueline has been practicing medicine since 2013.
Jacqueline always looks to treat her patients with respect, care and compassion. Jacqueline makes sure that there is no concern too small or too off-center to be addressed. She looks to evidence-based treatments to help her patients best.
“I want to make sure the patient knows I care about their wellbeing and want them to have the best possible outcome of their illness or injury.”
To Jacqueline, moderation is key. She makes sure to exercise often, stick to a healthy diet and get plenty of sleep. But a little ice cream doesn’t hurt once in a while.
Jacqueline is a life learner. She is fascinated by the constant transformation that medicine is going through. From revolutionizing procedures or therapies to superior new medications, Jacqueline is persistent in her passion to stay up to date and ensuring her patients are receiving the best care, in and out of the office.
Jacqueline loves her family time with her daughter and husband. She keeps up with hobbies too! If she isn’t hanging out with the family, she is baking, reading or swimming.
