Erin graduated with her BSN in 2002 from the University of Wyoming. She worked with veterans at the VA in Cheyenne, Wyoming, while also working in pediatrics, NICU and Women’s Care at Poudre Valley Health Systems.
In 2007, she decided to advance her nursing degree and entered into the MSN program at UNC in Greeley. Her emphasis was on family practice medicine and she graduated in 2010.
She has since provided care in a variety of positions, including the student health center at University of Northern Colorado, under-served populations at PVHS and internal medicine.
Erin believes in providing compassionate, thorough care to her patients, without bias or judgment. She also advocates for her patients to be actively involved in all aspects of their care.

Remaining active and encouraging active lifestyles is extremely important to Erin. She is an active member at Miramont, where she braves the 5 a.m. Spinning, HIIT, and Power Lifting classes (Spinning is her favorite, though!). She is also on a coed softball team with her husband and friends!
On top of her active lifestyle, Erin loves to cook!

Professionally:
While Erin practices all aspects of family medicine, she has special interests in dermatology, women’s health, pediatrics, transgender care, and sexual health/infectious disease counseling, prevention and treatment.
Personally:
Erin and her family love being active in the great outdoors, including setting goals and challenges for themselves, such as hiking the Arches in Moab and climbing the Manitou Incline!
“In the summer, we are outside every chance we get: hiking, boating, camping, riding the Harley and biking. While my husband and I play softball every summer/fall, our kids are involved in volleyball, football and basketball. We are also avid Broncos and Rockies fans and have made it a family tradition to go to Rockies Spring Training every year!” -Erin Stalker
