Dr. Dale Rellas believes compassion, communication, and dedication to helping others are some of the most important values in patient care.

Dr. Rellas attended Long School of Medicine at the University of Texas in San Antonio, Texas, where he received his M.D. He completed his Family Medicine Residency here in Fort Collins with UCHealth. He received his CAQSM after his sports medicine fellowship at Stanford University – O’Connor Hospital in San Jose, CA in 2016.
Dr. Rellas believes in being there to truly hear from patients and support them in their various needs.

Dr. Rellas attempts to practice what he teaches by living a healthy lifestyle.
“As a physician, I think it is important that we take care of ourselves so that we can continue to help take care of you!”
Dr. Rellas provides a wide spectrum of family medicine care, but his special interests include:

He is actively involved in his church and also enjoys running, hiking, and biking, as well as spending time with his wife and darling dog, Izzy.
Dr. Rellas is an avid angler and loves being out on the water. He is a proud supporter of Rocky Mountain Flycasters.
