Dr. Walter is experienced in caring for patients of all ages and levels of health. She believes the best path to health and wellness is a partnership between a patient and their provider, so she strives to form trusting relationships with all of her patients.

Dr. Walter was born, raised and educated in Ohio. She attended Ohio University, where she met her husband Greg, and completed medical school and her family medicine residency at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, Ohio.
Dr. Walter then spent the next 8 years working in occupational and family medicine in east Tennessee – in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains. Prior to relocating to Colorado in 2012, she, along with her family, spent 12 months working in New Zealand. Dr. Walter served as a “GP” (general practitioner) at a health center in Taupo – a beautiful lakeside community with a view of 3 great volcanic mountains.
Dr. Walter believes the best path to health and wellness is a partnership between a patient and their provider. She is a strong proponent of disease prevention and healthy living, and enjoys encouraging and educating her patients along this path.
Dr. Walter loves spending time outside with her husband and three sons. She spends her free time hiking, snow skiing, water skiing or working in her yard or garden.
Dr. Walter is well-versed in caring for patients of all ages and levels of health. She has experience in various office procedures, minor trauma care and medical acupuncture.
