All of us here at What the Health NoCo want to thank everyone for coming out and supporting the farmers’ markets in Fort Collins. This last week was one of the highest in attendance and it just goes to show how much Northern Colorado is embracing a healthier lifestyle and supporting local farmers.

We also want to give a special shout-out to all the Associates in Family Medicine volunteers who took time out of their weekends to help out at the booths.
