Andrew Wyatt has been a chef for ten years. He got into cooking for two main reasons: the love of food and the creativity that comes from the culinary arts. Coming up with interesting recipes and unique dishes really fuels his passion for the craft. “Anything I can make my own, anytime I can come up with something original, those are my favorite things to prepare. Because when it’s yours, it just tastes better!”
Outside of work he enjoys playing basketball, golfing, and cooking for his children. Andrew says his favorite healthy snack is “just a plain ol’ salad” with Bibb lettuce, onion, cucumbers, carrots, celery, black olives, and a balsamic dressing.
“Everybody’s hungry,” says Andrew. “They’re going to need to eat. That’s why I’m here—to cook great food for hungry people. And the feeling I get when someone really enjoys what I have prepared for them, that’s my favorite part about being a chef.”
