Ingredients:
- 1 cup diced peaches (about 2 peaches)
- 1 cup diced tomato
- ½ cup diced red onion
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, minced
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. sugar
