Fresh Peach Salsa

This recipe was adapted from a post by Cathy Trochelman on Enjoy the blend of sweet, savory, and spicy flavors on grilled chicken and pork, or add some zest to burgers and tacos.

Cook Time:
5 minutes



  • 1 cup diced peaches (about 2 peaches)
  • 1 cup diced tomato
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. sugar
Combine all ingredients and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Serve chilled.
