This class is intended to assist individuals with diabetes navigate common issues and come up with reasonable solutions, all while in a group environment.
Diabetic management can be confusing and stressful. We are here to help simplify this process and give you the tools and resources to thrive!

*This class is for patients of the Windsor, Foxtrail, Harmony, South and Timberline Offices only*
Cost: Pharmacist visit in class – If you would like the opportunity to meet with a Pharmacist to make medication adjustments and complete other appropriate screening there will be an associated charge that will be billed to your insurance.
Educational Only – If you would like to participate only in the educational aspect of this class only, it is free of charge.
Time: 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Location: Virtual Class
Dates: Tuesdays 7/14, 7/21, 7/28, 8/4, 8/11, and 8/18 (this is a 6 part series).
